Hi had two 2-door broncos, I liked them a lot but they did feel ācheapā one was a base 4 cylinder and the other was a big bend V6. I bought the big bend after selling the base for a small profit and couldnāt stomach the sticker of over $40K so sold it and then picked up a gladiator rubicon...
Thatās funny, I sold my ā24 maverick AWD to buy the gladiator and also after passing on a ā25 AWD XL Hybrid Maverick that I had ordered which I would have had to pay sticker $30K and for $10K more I preferred the gladiator rubicon
There is a reason they were selling it at $67K from $97K sticker, because nobody was buying it! :ROFLMAO:
although 30% off sticker is great, I wouldnāt say itās a once in a lifetime deal.
last august I got 34% a Jeep gladiator $61K paid $40K plus taxes, which was pretty much the auction value...
My son bought a new '23 Big bend, V6, auto, hard top, mid package back in February 2023, paid sticker a$47K.
he sold it last month with 22K miles to a used car dealer for $36K, that was the best offer he could get for it. He put it on autotrader and couple out of state buyers were interested...
For over a decade in multiple automotive forums I have seen these kind of replies: ā as long as the buyer is happy with the price they paidā⦠they seem so condescending and do nothing to get a pulse of the market for prospective buyers.
Congrats!
Anyone looking to buy, hold off a little bit longer if you can as prices will continue to drop. Look at all the inventory everywhere, they will have to move the metal.
this august I bought my ā23 gladiator $61K sticker for $40K.
in parallel, in October my son was selling his ā23 $47K...
Sticker was almost $61K, worked the dealer for months until they finally caved in for 34% off sticker. Mind you, itās a ā23, so pretty soon two years old :lipssealed:
