Anyone else get this everytime they start up their rig? I have to hit the cruise button everytime to clear it and get the adaptive cruise bars to display instead of this stupid box.

Never really paid attention lol I don’t turn my lane assist thing on. If I remember I’ll check on the way home.

My FE does it as well. I believe it’s the automatic emergency brake system telling you how close you are to cars in front. It changes colors as you drive in traffic.

The really annoying part is you can’t disable it. Turning it off in the settings resets when the car restarts. Terrible option as bad as the auto start stop

It is indeed the automatic emergency brake system box. It turns orange when you're close, and red when you're really close.
