Just wanted to post a quick Thank You and recognition for IAG’s excellent customer service. Some hardware from my soft top assist was lost when my soft top was replaced at the dealership. I contacted IAG and they immediately offered to send me my misplaced hardware. Awesome support as always!

Another vote for IAG customer service. Brackets on my 18 mont old steps were rusting and they sent me a new pair that had their improved powder coating process, no questions asked. Box came with a label to ship the old steps back.

That’s how customer service should be!!

I'll give another vote for IAG. I ordered some bags for my front doors but they sent the rear doors. After letting them know what happened they sent another shipment which unfortunately was the rear doors again. After looking at their inventory they realized that the bags had been improperly labeled leading to the confusion. They sent a set of front door bags, let me keep a set of the rear door bags, AND issued a full refund for everything. Got 4 door bags for totally free.

Their communication and honesty was great. Will definitely be buying more from them.

This caught my attention, and I have to chime in as well. I'd gotten the interior lights and was having difficulty locating the wire to piggy-back onto and the technician easily described where I was going wrong. I've since gotten the harness that connects to the rear light (in the cross-over bar) and it all works well. They are very patient and helpful. Kudos!

I haven't had ay experience with their customer service, but everything I have of theirs on my Bronco is top notch stuff.

I contacted IAG last week with some questions. They were quick to reply and had an AWESOME attitude. I installed both their mudflaps and their OEM-style rock rails. I gotta admit that the supplied instructions were pretty bad, with small, dark pictures for illustrations. The YouTube videos weren't any better (but between the two got everything installed fine). I'll take a great attitude over poor documentation any time.

Another shout out for great customer service from IAG! I bought a set of the IAG trail marker LED lights before I took delivery of my Bronco in July 2025. I installed them and a couple of weeks after delivery and they looked great. A couple of months ago I noticed that three LEDs were out on the passenger side trail marker and a couple of weeks ago a one of the LED's went out on the drivers side.

Last Sunday afternoon I sent an email to IAG and asked about the warranty and how to go about getting them replaced. I get an email from IAG first thing on Monday morning that absolutely they were covered by the warranty and to confirm my address. Shortly after I sent back an address confirmation, I get another email that they have sent down a kit to shipping and I get a tracking number. They were delivered on Friday and I installed them that afternoon.

Thank you IAG, outstanding customer service!

Exact same experience with my trail marker lights too, and AIG stepped up to replace them twice, the last time about 18 months after I initially purchased them. Not AIG's fault, just think supplier had a bad batch LED's flow through. AIG was 100% on their game to satisfy. Well done indeed!
