The L7T may not work with the 2D. We have a design for the CompRT 8", or any shallow depth 8" sub, for the 2D. We have to make a few small changes and test fits. But shouldn't be too much longer.
We may do a preorder for the 2D CompRT soon.

I think my question is, does this solve the sub rattle the B&O system has, or that is an underlying defect in Ford's design/location?

Our Bonco did not come with a sub at all. But we had some rattle from the inner fender when we had the bass cranked. Some Dynamat fixed it quick.

Thanks, I think the rattle we're experiencing is around trim rubbing and not the fender. Dynomat makes sense for fender rattle.

I'll for sure be watching for customer feedback. I hate to need to pay for another sub when I paid extra for B&O sound system, but unfortunately Ford's design is problematic and they are not fixing it.
