Does anyone else have this problem when doing fill ups at the gas station? Nearly every time I fill up I have to catch it before it overflows. I can never set the nozzle to automatically fill up and it click off in time. When I do it manually I can sometimes keep it from overflowing but that is because I know just about how much I need and I take the last few gallons very slow. I am just surprised on a new vehicle that this would be an issue. I didn't know if it is something just with my vehicle or something others deal with. Thanks.

***Update****
I initially thought it was the fueling station I was taking it to but it happened again so I let the dealership look at it while I had it in for another issue. They ended up telling me I needed a new Fuel tank. I am hoping this fixes it, so we shall see. They felt there was something wrong with the tank itself and it was creating pressure inside the tank and coming out all at once.

Thanks.

Sorry for bringing this old thread back from the dead, but my 2021 has gone through the same exact issues the last two times i have filled up. Both same gas station, but different pumps.

I saw on your update you were told that you needed an entire new gas tank. How did that turn out? Any more issues? Im letting it happen once more before I get a dealership look and want to manage expectations. Appreciate your time!

They covered it under warranty fortunately but they said something was wrong with the tank itself. Once they replaced it everything has worked as it should. I think the issue is more in the filler neck but they decided to replace the whole tank. I had to pretty much show them what it was going for them to understand so make sure you can duplicate it for them or they will just send you on your way. Good luck!

I'll have to remember to take a video during my next fill up. Thank you for taking the time with a response of your experience.
