Hi, I'm considering a RC winch mount, I can get it on Amazon prime shipped to uae in a week and having read all the posts around it, it will work with the ACC sensor, also here in Dubai we have to take the vehicle for testing each year, any "metal modifications" to the front bumper have to be removed so this seems to be a quicker option that a bumper change, camera relocation going with DV8 and their fairlead and flip up licence plate (mandatory here in UAE), subject to DV8 confirming they can all work together. I read that the extra weight will drop the front end 1/4 to 1/2 an inch, what would you recommend on the front springs to compensate for this, I saw an RPG collar and Foutz have a levelling kit, just not sure how this works when you are already down a bit. I did a 6 hour desert exploration yesterday and found myself in some sketchy soft sand pockets and also had some Xterras with me that needed recovery, would have preferred a winch than using ropes. I can get the warn xeon or evo range locally, will go with 10k rather than 12, will let the TRX and F150 guys recover themselves!!!

I just installed the Warn Evo 10 with the RC mount. Yes, it does drop the front a tad and am looking for the same as you are. I have also read up on it and feel the Eibach spring upgrade for the Hoss 3 to be the best option, although I have not heard from anyone with this set up AND a winch as well.
I am not in favor of the RPG collars, as it will only increase the preload on an already preloaded system due to the winch.

Apart from (maybe) price, did you have any other considerations in choosing evo over zeon? I watched the Northridge video, but still not sure which one to go for, I agree on the RPG option, interested to hear about the FOUTZ one as it appears this is underneath? He gives an explanation as to why it is good and no binding as well, Just want to get some more info before I push the button, I'm not into replacing the springs, I would also want something Raptor specific I think.

As a year has passed, anyone else have any thoughts or experience with this problem/solution? I found this thread while looking for a solution to my sagging 24 Heritage, 4 cyl/Manual 2 door as well as the 25 Stroppe.

I would probably go with a spacer lift up front.
However a perch collar could firm it up a little bit.
I can highly suggest bumping the nose up after a winch and bumper.

Thank you Jim.

Off to research which of the two is better all around and who makes/sells the best spacer or perch.

Is there any advantage or disadvantage to just replacing the springs with stiffer or longer ones?

I ran into the sag issue with my winch install.
I don't have personal experience with any spacers or perch collars.
I installed the Wildtrak 4 door coilovers on my 2 door manual Heritage and got back the list height plus some.
I would either search a little more or start a new thread asking for personal experience.
