I’m having trouble with one of my outside sensors on my front modular bumper. Problem is I have the ford performance winch mount. Is my only option to access the sensor and wiring connection to fully remove/uninstall the winch and then the bumper? There must be an easier/smarter way?
Please help!

What’s the problem? I also have the ford winch. Fords solution is to just turn off the sensors. Did you find a way to only turn off the center sensors? Without climbing under the outside sensor wiring should be accessible from underneath the inner ones not happening.

I relocated my two inner sensors to the front of the winch mount. While I had the front bumper off, I mistakenly disconnected one of the outside sensors. I’m getting a parking aid fault now and wondering if the one I mistakenly disconnected isn’t connected correctly. I know there’s a metal plate covering them and I think you only have access to it if you remove the bumper, but I may be wrong and hope there’s another way?
Otherwise, I think my only choice is to remove the entire winch set up then the bumper and then reinstall everything.
