So here is the result of my weekend project!

And check out this startup sequence!

Let me start by saying, I'm not affiliated with @SPVPARTS but I'm really glad that I found them.

I was inspired by this video originally. This is the video though where he explains how to wire everything up and what parts you'll need to buy to get it done.

I went down a rabbit hole watching their youtube channel and am so grateful that I learned about weather pack connectors. I've gotten better at splicing wires over the years, and on my '21 I soldered them and used heatshrink tubes, but that was more or less permanent. Do yourself a favor and get these weather pack connectors. You just crimp and heat shrink the numbered wire to the corresponding AUX switch and then you can easily identify and move things around as needed.

For any wires that were still exposed (the AUX wires not in use and any others), I locked these hole plugs into blank single pole sockets and that should create a weather tight seal.

I also used their DRL harness to tie the everything to the headlight socket. No wires were cut or spliced anywhere!

Their support was incredible, even going so far as to double check my cart for me to ensure I'd have everything I'd need.

Big Shout Out to Putco for the lighted B.R.O.N.C.O. letters. My former Bronco had the Oracle letters but I like that with these the letters fully light up, installation with these was also much easier both bolting them in and wiring them up. These also have a dim setting, a bright setting, a startup sequence vs just one setting, and a white setting. The white also looks great and I love that I can switch to that if I ever want to.

Testing that everything works!

Taking the headlights and everything else out made installing the Rigid Radiance fog lights much easier, I didn't have to disassemble the wheel well covers.

AlphaRex Nova-Series headlights with in Alpha Black with the amber bars and white halos (hey, it's a Wildtrak not a Raptor!) These are also customizable.

Tim to drill out the Grille letters, a terrifying process. Main piece of advice here is so go slow and clean up the plastic as you go,o it flies everywhere. It's really easy to get some under the grille and scratch it up was you're working with it.

Snapped everything back in and I was done!

This is what it looks like during the day

All in all a pretty fun project and I'm really happy with the way it looks.

Thanks for watching!

Today the right headlight halo and dash went out and didn't come back on (while driving).

Confirmed I'll need to add this to make it more stable

You put the letters on an uplifter? How to switch between low and high for amber light?

Looks great!

No, the letters and the rigid radiance backlights are running off the DRL through the headlight adapter. The harness that comes with the letters has multiple connectors on it and you can configure the letters by connecting and disconnecting the plugs on the harness.

Looks like they just uploaded this video a couple of days ago, it explains in more detail. I did cut off the fuse box tap end and put on my own weather pack so I could integrate it with the harness instead.

Looks great! Love the start up sequence. I think this is the way I’ll go with the BRONCO letters on the grill

Looks great! I didn’t know Putco made officially licensed Bronco letters. I have a similar install with the Rigid Radiance fog lights, SPV running lamp adapter, but with Oracle letters.

awesome, I had the Oracle lights on my first Bronco and I had intended to go with them again, but I always had the debate in my head about whether I liked fully lit vs the way Oracle does it. I’m pretty happy I went with the Putco instead, installation was easier and I have the option to switch between white and Amber, bright and dim, just with wiring.

Cool. Ya I originally bought the fully lit generic ones off Amazon and they were just too bright and obnoxious. So I went with the Oracle backlit. But I like how your Putco ones can dim and change colors. And their website says officially licensed Ford product which is nice too.

For sure, and after this I actually ended up dimming them for a more subtle look, the bright is really bright!

My front grille letter lights match the front of my car, clean and bright. Highly recommended and the price is right.
