Has anyone else had a miserable experience with Ford Accessories?

I had ordered a Trunk liner for a 2 door, they sent a 4 door liner. So returned it expecting they would ship a replacement immediately. Its been 35 days since they received the return, and they still haven't sent a replacement. All call with them are "oh its an issue at teh warehouse, we'll escalate it." over and over with no substantial action being taken.

Would not recommend ordering from them directly after this experience.

Haha, I heard too many horror stories about them, so just saving my points for stuff I need at Ford service, or maybe tires if they have decent ones for the other car.

Similar experience. Ordered floor mats using Ford points. FedEx lost the shipment. It took two months of calling before they finally refunded the points for the lost shipment.

I ordered a hitch for my 2024 and had it installed locally. I bought it online and opted to pay for the installation fee during checkout. It was just a checkbox. I later got a call from the dealer saying they had a part for me to install. They also said, "how are we getting paid for this". I explained that I already paid. They said that the amount I paid wasn't the correct rate and they ended up charging me an extra $75 after the work was done.
