Contemplating buying a used 2023 with low miles for the $77k-$78k range since they are identical to a 2024 or a 24 Badlands SAS and doing fenders/hood/lights/suspension for less.

Landmark Ford in Tigard Oregon has 3 on the lot at $2k under and another 10 inbound. I am betting that you could work them and get more off.

I live down near Klamath in Oregon and will not buy another vehicle in Oregon ever again. Dealers have too much Californiaitis. Bought my 24 wildtrak from a Kendall of Meridian near Boise for $5k under MSRP. Cost me a day and tank of fuel, and oh by the way they gave me $2k more for my trade than other dealers would budge on...

They list the Raptors they have on the lot at MSRP but they are not afraid to deal.

Can't say enough about these guys, great to work with.

I looked at a Raptor when I dropped my Badlands off for service. (My frustration grows by the day, but that's another story.) ... Dealer has two 23MY and two 24MY on the lot. The 23's are marked almost $10k below MSRP. To compare, my local Jeep dealer has a couple 392s. They're willing to work more on the pricing, give more discount if I take one they have coming in before it hits the lot, and offering me $4k more in trade than the Ford dealer. ... So, they aren't even buying brand loyalty at Ford.

Well prices certainly are normalizing/stabilizing but as predicted:

1. They certainly are not free falling. Given the huge/rapid jumps in '23 and '24, all that has really happened is that a significant portion of those increases have been reversed.
2. MSRPs have not been lowered.

I think its the interest rates from Ford being at 7.99% with excellent credit holding people from buying these high priced vehicles. My local dealer that I deliver and pickup everyday (UPS Driver) has had an orange 23 on their lot for months now. I am friendly with their Finance guy there and he said interest rate won't go lower until the fall possibly. That line up perfectly from when I will be ready to buy. I believe they are asking for a ADM still for the orange 23 they have on their showroom floor. When I get closer to getting a 24 I will start talking to them seriously. If they don't want to budge in Fort Lauderdale I'm willing to travel to Tampa for a below MSRP Raptor.

If I am not mistaken, Ford just reduced the amount of Bronco Raptors they are producing to keep the value stable atm. The dealer I bought mine from has 2x 23's and 1x 24s and dont want anymore until "Ford offers an incentive".
