Hi All,

I've seen previous posts on this, but one, not exactly what I'm looking for and two, older posts, so hoping there is better news for me! I've done quite a bit to my BB basic, and just about out of ideas, except for changing the bumpers out. So my next thing I want to do is change out the fog lights for something directional or brighter or just plain cooler lol. Any ideas? 2 dr, I've done all the work myself (with some help on a couple things from my neighbor kid), so pretty handy. Don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but maybe an arm lol.

Go with either the Baja Designs or Diode Dynamics Fog Kits:

Baja Designs
https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-d...light-kit-ford-2019-22-ranger-2021-22-bronco/

Diode Dynamics
https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...plastic-capable-bumper-2021-2023-ford-ranger/

We've also got some Diode Dynamics fog kits on sale if you don't care about the back-lighting option

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...-2019-2023-ford-ranger-2021-2023-ford-bronco/

So you can get the SS3 Pro Kit for $284.96 (normally $379.95) which is a steal!

I think you'll find it rather easy and inexpensive....I went with yellow @Diode Dynamics very easy plug and play and spend what your budget allows. They are amazing. Much better than the friggin' headlights.

I would go with diode dynamics SS3 max in amber/yellow if i was replacing a single pair of fog lights.

I ended up buying the dual DD kit from 4x4, and only regret was buying the pro fogs in yellow instead of max in yellow. I much prefer the cleaner cutoff of sport and max vs pro for fogs.

I still may order max and use the pros on something else.

This is true, the SS3 Pro does have a taller beam pattern that some users do not prefer. The SS3 Sport is a fantastic starting point with a tighter beam pattern or you can go all out with the SS3 Max, which provides the highest intensity and widest consistent output on the market across the entire band of light.

I like these a lot! I've got aftermarket headlights and trail site lights piggy backed into my headlight harness, will that make a difference for install?

Those drop-in fogs come with the same connector as your factory foglamps for the main beam plus a tap for the backlight. Assuming your wiring is sufficient gauge, this tap could probably be worked into your existing headlight piggyback setup to run the backlight. I think Diode Dynamics backlights generally draw very low current.

Thank you. Now I've got to decide if I go for these or change my bumper lol. I really like these though.

Well, I ended up with the Diode Dynamic Elite yellow. Absolutely love them! So easy to install!! And if I upgrade my bumper to the capable, they'll still work!!

That 3k yellow looks fantastic! Nice choice, and I'm happy to hear about the easy plug-and-play installation as intended.
