What about adding the Sasquatch package to the outer banks? She really wants the outer banks in white and I thought adding that package looked very good in that color. Besides the obvious tire/rim addition etc is this option a good bang for the buck on an outer banks? Will the ride experience get very different and loud? I see exterior wise it changes the fender flares to black but leaves mirrors etc same body color. Figured this combo gives her a more luxury feel inside and aggressive look outside? Anyone see this setup in person? Just trying to gather as much info as possible before taking her to dealer. Thx again!
The Sasquatch package is way more than just wheels/tires/flares. It's price has increased since launch and some will argue that the value isn't worth the cost if you don't intend on using the capabilities. I'm of the opinion that it is way cheaper to get the Sasquatch package from the factory than to try and piecemeal the components after delivery. While some have no intention of driving offroad initially , their intentions might change over their duration of ownership. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

If she only wants a wheel/tire package, you can upgrade that after delivery without getting the Sasquatch package. The gearing isn't ideal, but it will still spin the tires.

Lethal Performance does offer the Sasquatch flares painted. They aren't cheap, but one can still have that option after delivery.

Any idea how the ride would compare with a Sasquatch outer banks vs a normal outer banks? Drastically or not that much? I do like the look of the Sasquatch quite a bit better than the Outer Banks with black appearance package that she originally picked out. Dad would probably be borrowing the car on weekends a bit, lol….

The ride is the same. It rides like a truck. If people are wanting a soft, quiet ride, the Bronco is the wrong vehicle. MPG will decrease with the larger tires compared to the street tires that come standard. Then again, if people are concerned about MPG, then the Bronco is the wrong vehicle.

The only issue with the Sasquatch is the added height. If she's a shorty, she's going to need steps. The steps used to be standard on all OBX and they probably still are, but double-check on the order options. If steps are no longer included, there are plenty of aftermarket options if you forget to add them.

Thanks…She’s coming out of my old 4runner so used to a truck ride. And steps are included on the OBX so that helps her. Leaning towards this package I think.

@Granger Ford usually has the best price around if you're planning on ordering a Bronco the way you want it. No crazy fees. Honest and friendly people. Just have to calculate in shipping it from Iowa to Florida. Lot's of recommendation on the forum for using them (including me).

DO NOT BUY AN OUTERBANKS WITH THE BLACK APPEARANCE PACKAGE.....
Outerbanks is a $7,000 higher trim because they paint match the fender flares, door handles and mirrors from the standard black color of the Big Bend. Then you pay $1,000 more to return to the black plastic pieces just like the Big Bend??? That is a Marketing Genius move that Ford did.
OBX is a much more daily soccer mom/lady version, leather seats, mirror blinkers, sound insulation, possibly back air vents etc. I have a BB, it was the basic spec in 2024 all plastic, vinyl seats, rubber floors. A basic automatic 4x4.

BB is good for me, but not the "dream truck" I would have spec'ed if I would have done more research or agreed to higher payments. I took one off the lot to get out of my truck and get comparable payments.

With a OBX and sasquatch does anyone know what is changed by adding the black package besides the rims going all black?

Your best reference is the 2025 Dealer Order Guide. If it's not in there, it can't be ordered.

Ford Bronco Florida Bronco Pricing 1753395496574-nu

In summary, the Sasquatch package alone retains the painted components mentioned earlier in the thread except for the flares. The wheels in the Sasquatch package are not all black. If you piggyback the Black Appearance Package with the Sasquatch Package, you lose the painted components but you'll get the all black Sasquatch wheels along with the black painted HT.

When I build the truck with Sasquatch and add black package, the picture retains the white mirrors and door handles which I thought would turn black. Actually like them better staying white on her white build. Rims of course turn all black.

Never ever trust B&P. There is a disclaimer that it is only a marketing tool. Ford's Rockstars aren't top talent. B&P is known for mistakes and bad renderings.

So on say a 60K msrp, what have been the discounts lately or a percent to shoot for? Has model of bronco mattered at all? Obviously a build order will get less discounted than one that can be located. Just needing a realistic starting point. Thx.

You aren't likely to get any discounts on an special order. Ford might have promotions that are active when it gets delivered that would apply, but there is no crystal ball to foretell when the order is built/delivered and what promotions will be available at the time.

If you are wanting a discount on a special order, I would recommend Granger. You have to factor in the additional delivery cost to your residence. But even factoring in the additional cost, your all-in price will still likely be lower than any local dealer. Any promotions at the time of delivery will still apply no matter the dealer.

Couple of things. Granger ford does have very good pricing and basically no dealer fees. Going to be a order. Thiink we are going with the Oxford white OBX with sasquatch pack and deciding on what hard top. Think the shadow black painted over the gray molded in color but not positive. Any input as far as look, durability etc between the 2? Saw somewhere the painted was harder to care for and could fade? Garaged car but in Florida.

What does the configurator price say? Plus, add local taxes.
https://shop.ford.com/configure/bronco/model/customize/outerbanks

If you make it a special order and get it sent to a dealer, they might milk you for all you've got plus 20% because you gave them all the leverage. On the flip side if they take delivery of your custom truck and you back out on financing, they are stuck with it and will have a hard time selling it to another buyer or delaership willing to sell it if it is too personalized or an odd spec.

Best is to work with your local dealer and get to financing ironed out with an honest dealer in your price range and then build your dream truck in the configurator within your budget plus tax and destination charges etc. I think FORD is winding down "employee pricing" Pay What We Pay, but there might be other discounts or insentives the dealer can do for you.
