Hello!

New here. Shopping for mats and I’m looking for recs based on a couple specific things.

I was a WT guy in the past but didn’t like the plastic bathtub and slippery shell feel. Looking for something softer and grippier. But they also gotta fit well and I run doorless/topless all the time, so if things are flappin or buzzin at 75, it’s gonna drive me batty.

I have the vinyl washout floors and current have the carpet mats in front and none in back (no idea, bought it used).

Anybody that can speak to those (maybe weird and specific) criteria and point me in a direction? Thanks!

Photo just cause I like my new toy a bunch.

Congrats on the new to you Bronco! It looks great. And welcome to the forum. You'll find a lot of valuable info here and lots of interesting ways to spend your money to boot...:cwl:

For me personally, I highly recommend the mats from 3W. I have the full set in mine and could not be happier. The fit is perfect and their durability second to none. They are also super easy to clean. They have a rubberized no-slip grip, and they stay in place when I have my top and doors off driving 80 down the interstate. Best mats I've ever had.

I have WTs and have been happy with them.

They have changed the material on their current products. They are a bit softer and not as slippery as they used to be. More "rubbery" and flexible than hard and "plasticy" as before.

They still are liners though, if that what you mean by the "Bathtub" description.

My vote is Armorlite! No need for mats, cleans up easier too.
Armorlite is fantastic. One of my favorite upgrades.

If you already have factory washout floors though, why even run a floor mat at all?

I also have to agree, the WT for the Bronco was disappointing.
