I had an interference issue with the brake lines just like Frankie945. One the Driver Front, the brake lines were touching the extra reinforcement rib on the outside of the frame mount. I decided to notch the top for clearance to be safe. A quick 2 cuts with the cut off wheel, a little grinding down with a flapper disc and although not perfect, no sharp edges to get cut or damage anything.

Yellow mark is where I need to cut to clear the brake lines completely.

With the notch cut everything clears and no concerns about the brake lines or the electrical wiring.

Thank you LOD for getting them shipped out got here in a day.

Fedx guy was kind of a wuss he left them in the front yard next to the street. These are definitely the most stout rocksliders on the market right now for the bronco. I ordered a right hand drill from Amazon for a one time use (plan to return it after) to hopefully not need to take off to drill holes. Will find out tomorrow, I do like them.

For signature: This may be obvious, but the instructions don't say - do we have to remove stock rock sliders that come with sasquatch?

Well that sucks. Yes for anyone else please double check those metric bolts. We will investigate on Monday morning and can get replacement bolts sent out right away.
My metric bolts aren't going in very well, so i guess I'll pause the install to see what comes out of this 👍

Just go to the hardware store and get some m12 1.75 pitch 45mm long it’s not that big of deal. I only needed one for the driver side. I used the gas tank skid bolts on the passenger side. ordered a m12 tap from Amazon to fix the nut I fuked up.

Just finished them besides getting that m12 bolt in and I can’t get the C bracket nut to fit into the frame on the driver side. I spent 30 min solid on that sucker and just can’t get it to rotate to go in. I’m taking it to work tomorrow and putting it on the belt sander to thin it down so I can get it to go in and spin over. Passenger side C bracket nut was tuff too but I got it in.

You will want to trim down the gusset for sure on the driver side or one day you won’t have any brakes. Lod needs to revise that for sure.
If you don’t want to remove the sliders to drill the holes I used this and it worked awesome just don’t buy a cheap step up bit. I paid 24 bucks for this cobalt steel bit and it cut like butter I was impressed glad I’d got the good one. I did drill a 3/16 pilot hole before using the step up bit.
Pic is primer before I painted it black

Ordered a right angle drill so I don't have to take them back off 😂

Did you have factory sliders? Assuming those have to come off?

Do you mind taking a picture of it installed so we can see how it interfaces with the brake lines?

We will review the front mount as well. I do not recall there being an issue with the brake lines. We did not try to reinstall all the frame clips, I believe we zip tied the brake line to the front body mount. I'll grab some pictures of what we did and post them.

The reason for the large gussets on that front mount are to counter act the flex in the frame. The frame near the front mount is a large box section with no internal structure. We noticed the frame would flex under load on the front, so we had to run the gussets all the way up as high on the frame as possible.

We never tried installing with factory sliders, but more than likely you will need to remove them.

I’ll get better pics of the mount on my lunch break but here’s a short video. It’s not a glamor shot but shows them mounted up I installed the Jcr pinch seam covers instead of spray painted the pinch seam. I do like the sliders they stick out the perfect amount where you don’t hit them on your way out of the bronco or the way in yet you can use them as a step if you want, my wife really like them. Super stout sliders/step I’m happy with them and the install wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be just take your time and if you have a helping hand it’ll make it even easier.

We noticed the frame would flex under load on the front, so we had to run the gussets all the way up as high on the frame as possible.

I didn't install the clip on the brake line near the front bracket, but I was able to reinstall the rest of them to support the brake lines. Either way in my situation the bend in the brake lines was causing them to rest against the top of the gusset at the leading edge of the bracket. I considered using some wrap or foam insulation, but decided the lines were just too close and notching the gusset was the better option. I will try and take a picture later.

One suggestion for the rear driver side frame mount would be to cut the holes for the wiring harness clips to reattach. Not a huge thing, but would be a nice addition and prevent that section of the wiring from not being secured.

Also as mentioned above the metric bolts in the frame are definitely 12 X 1.75. Was able to pick one up locally and get everything wrapped up.

Thanks for pointing the out! Yes we confirmed the bolt should be M12-1.75. The metric bolt we provided was incorrect. Our team is reaching out to everyone who has purchased to make sure they know the bolts are incorrect.

Here are a few pictures of how our wire loom and brake line were secured. Our brake lines were zip tied to the wire loom. The plastic cover attached to the body mount is also popped out a little. There is plenty of clearance on the Destroyers for the brake line. But on the Signatures it is a bit closer. We will likely do a revision to the Signature mount to add a little more clearance. If anyone is worried about this rubbing you could try adding some plastic edging to the mount or drill a small hole in the slider mount to zip tie the brake line/wire loom to the slider mount.

Hey, got my sig series in yesterday. I've only opened one box so far (box 2) which only had the slider in it. I looked at the packing slip for box one and it shows slider plus hardware in box 1.

However, my question is about the plates wich screw into the underside of the slider (pic below). Are both sets of plates included in box one with the hardware? (I'd check but would prefer to not open the box yet, and also not at home)
