For the last few months (last successful login for me was 15. April) I've been having issues trying to log into FDRS.
Any ideas on what else to try? I figured re-installing the laptop would have fixed the issue if it was an issue with the laptop. But considering the message indicates that the page FDRS is trying to load after I put in my credentials is incorrect, it seems more like an app or server issue.
- I am able to log into www.motorcraftservice.com
- I am able to download FDRS (45.5.8)
- I am able to buy a FDRS subscription
- I am able to open FDRS and enter the license key
- I then choose "Independent Operation/Non-Dealer" as the "User Type" and select my country "Germany" (I've tried other countries with no success as well)
- A Ford login prompt opens up and I enter my email and password and I get a full page screen with the following message:
- Error: Page not found
- The requested URL was not found on this server.
- When I try to login with an incorrect password, I am told the password is incorrect - so the connection to the server seems good
- The Network Diagnostic tools shows a pass on all entries
- I also tried changing my password which didn't help either
- I went as far as re-installing my laptop from scratch, loaded nothing but FDRS and the VCM software, and still get the same error
- I tried on three different networks, with three different ISPs
- I disabled the Windows Firewall, same issue
- Up until 15 April this was working just fine for me
- I also tried the new FDRS subscription version (45.6.8) using the license key I bought on www.motorcraftservice.com, same issue.
