For the last few months (last successful login for me was 15. April) I've been having issues trying to log into FDRS.
  • I am able to log into www.motorcraftservice.com
  • I am able to download FDRS (45.5.8)
  • I am able to buy a FDRS subscription
  • I am able to open FDRS and enter the license key
  • I then choose "Independent Operation/Non-Dealer" as the "User Type" and select my country "Germany" (I've tried other countries with no success as well)
  • A Ford login prompt opens up and I enter my email and password and I get a full page screen with the following message:
    • Error: Page not found
    • The requested URL was not found on this server.
  • When I try to login with an incorrect password, I am told the password is incorrect - so the connection to the server seems good
  • The Network Diagnostic tools shows a pass on all entries
  • I also tried changing my password which didn't help either
  • I went as far as re-installing my laptop from scratch, loaded nothing but FDRS and the VCM software, and still get the same error
  • I tried on three different networks, with three different ISPs
  • I disabled the Windows Firewall, same issue
  • Up until 15 April this was working just fine for me
  • I also tried the new FDRS subscription version (45.6.8) using the license key I bought on www.motorcraftservice.com, same issue.
The page it is trying to load is: https://fdsp-auth-adfs-prod-us-cent...ntCountry=USA&accountLanguage=EN&retryCount=1

Any ideas on what else to try? I figured re-installing the laptop would have fixed the issue if it was an issue with the laptop. But considering the message indicates that the page FDRS is trying to load after I put in my credentials is incorrect, it seems more like an app or server issue.

Have you tried using a VPN connection?
Yes, forgot to mention that as well. Tried two different VPNs I have, geolocated to Germany and also tried US. Same issue. The interesting part is that the URL doesn't change, regardless of which country I enter in the FDRS tool. It always wants to use USA as the region.

I bought a 2 day subscription also, and am having the same error. Tried all the same things; firewall, VPNs, reboots/reinstalls, different country selection, nothings changes. I tried the earlier 45.5.8 version, but it requires a key to get past the first screen which I don't have. Sat on hold with their support phone number for over and hour with no answer, and now they are closed for 2 days. Did you receive an activation key? Get it working?

I don't have a problem getting an activation key, and FDRS accepts it, but I am still getting stuck on the "Page not found " error after logging in. :(

Did you find a resolution for this? I've been trying for over a week now. I have talked to technical support at motorcraft for hours and nothing they suggest is working. We are at the point where I've created an entirely new account and I am just waiting for them to transfer the subscription over to see if I can login without getting the error page that way.

Yes, just did.
After talking to people at both 800 numbers/tech support (which is run by Bosch not Ford), the only way to get ahold of Ford is fill out the "other help" form at - FordServiceInfo.Com and wait for someone to get back to you. Someone finally did for me (Bosch said it usually takes a day or two).

Had to create fresh new account via motorcraftservice.com, and they were able to switch my subscription over to it. They also were able to reset the dates since it was never logged into. Finally in.
