Looks like adapting the factory winch plate to a Warn 8274 won't be too difficult. No hoop and mount the 8274 plate to the "shelf" here and it might work out perfect!

I bet they used a exposed winch because a winch hidden in the bumper would block the intercooler heat exchanger
