I went from Gen2 F150 Raptor to a 2022 BadSquatch. I loved the Raptor and also I love the Bronco. The main thing I really missed on on the Raptor was the utility of a truck and towing capacity. So I bought a 2005 regular cab F150 FX4 Flareside 5.4 3V. I do like having these 2 more than the Raptor alone.

Can’t believe that NINE years later I had to give up my cooled seats and power steering wheel adjustments, memory, power pedals and auto dimming side view mirror for only $14 000 more dollars
Don’t go look what that Lariat costs new today… auto prices have gone absolutely crazy since Covid

There’s obvious trade offs to moving from a truck to a Bronco. You need to figure out what’s important.

If you need a truck for truck things, like hauling stuff in the bed and towing keep the truck because the Bronco lacks in both of those areas.

I'll second the notion that comparing a Bronco to a Truck isn't a good comparison. I bought my '24 Wildtrak SAS in January and also have a 2020 F350 Supercrew long bed (8' bed). The ride in both is pretty good but I wouldn't take that 4 ton truck with it's very long wheelbase rock crawling any more than I'd ask the Bronco to pull my 5th wheel camper. The truck is quieter even with the diesel and is great on trips and even gets slightly better MPG than the Bronco (although diesel is more expensive). The Bronco isn't exactly loud and having the painted hard top instead of the dark grey laminated hard top helps. Both have the B&O speakers and I have no audio complaints but I prefer the Sync 4 on the Bronco over the Sync 3 on the Superduty. So far, no problems after 2800 miles on the Bronco and have only two complaints. (1) I hate not having a printed owners manual in my glovebox and don't like reading it on a computer screen or the dash display. You can't even buy it from Helm since it's on backorder and; (2) A complete trailer towing package with the hitch, 7 and 4 pin wiring should be an option just like it is on a Ranger, F150 or the Superduty. It's ridiculously expensive to get the dealer to install them especially considering they have to program the PCM for it to be fully functional. Heck.... even my 2020 Escape had a trailer towing package with lights pre-wired from the factory. Off my soap box (for now).

I somehow ended up getting my 2021 F150 Lightning (2022 model) reservation delivered about 5 weeks before my 2020 Bronco reservation (2022 model) got delivered. Both are low mileage. The Lightning gets used for all the truck and towing stuff and all the local trips. The Bronco gets used for trips and fun stuff.

Lightning has about 30% more miles on it than the Bronco.

Came from a full size truck to my 4 door Bronco. On a family trip from Iowa to Florida right now and rented a Suburban. Missing my full size truck for this type of trip but everything else I love it. Wife has a 4 door Wrangler so no help there.

I've got both.
I love my '22 Tremor and would buy another in a heartbeat. I need a truck and love the the EB as a daily driver. My Bronco is a luxury and I do a lot more outdoorsy things with it.

They are night and day different in how they drive and what they do. I can't see myself without either one. I just wish my BadSquatch had power seats, lol.

I did and was torn as to which one to order, a PowerBoost Lariat for $74,000 sticker or a WildTrak Bronco for $70,000 sticker. Would have needed a $4,000 cap with the PU too so I went with the Bronco. Will probably get a PU next time and hopefully be able to keep my Bronco too.

As I saw mentioned, if you're looking for people here who regret getting out of a truck and into a Bronco, you're probably not going to find many. If you're wondering if YOU personally will regret it, only you can decide. As mentioned, make yourself a list of what you like about your truck, and what you think you'll like about the Bronco, and what you'll gain/lose with the switch. Then use that information to make an objective subjective decision.

I, like so many others, have this Bronco as our 3rd vehicle. When he can start driving it'll be my son's. My vehicle is a Ram 2500 for about another month (hopefully) when I'll trade it for the F350 Tremor I ordered. My wife drives an Expedition (she used to have an F150, and both have worked well for her but the Expedition fits her needs better). If she thought she wanted a 4-door Bronco, we would sit down and go through the pros and cons...and I'm betting we'd end up staying with her Expedition, just because of our needs.
