The part came in today and I can confirm this is the bracket I was missing. I hope to at least do the washer system side this weekend, if not the whole build.
I didn't see this in Paul's thread so this will be very valuable for anyone who wants to do the 'full' conversion.

Assuming that goes well, I can update the OP with a full parts list. Fortunately it seems the install is much more straightforward than the removal of the factory bottle. Hanging in the bay, it shouldn't require pulling the fender liner again.
That looks like the part I have. hope it all goes well.

BIG UPDATE! This project was severely sidetracked by some medical issues, but now that I've recovered from surgery (and the brain fog associated with pain medication) I'm back at it.

I slapped the new bracket in today, and I can confirm for certain it IS the missing link. I used some clip/body nuts from the local hardware store to attach it to the fender support - that I forgot to write down the exact specs of, but they fit so perfectly they have to be the "right" ones. I will add those as well as pictures in a followup post. Maybe someone can find me a Ford part number with an accurate description.
It was much, much easier than the removal of the old bottle, because it just hangs out in the engine bay and everything can be accessed easily from the top - I did this part in the parts store lot.

However, I also found some new snags.

The first: Those welded-on nuts on this new bracket won't fit the HB1 screws from upthread, they are a better match for the small screws that hold the DCM bracket on non-Everglades models. Unfortunately, you only get two of those stock, and there are three holes. However, there's also a big metal hook on the bracket, so right now it's got two bolts and an empty bottle on it. I have an obsession with being able to stick a Ford part number on every part of this job possible, so I'll have to know what those are to add them to the list.

The second: The DCM harness is a BIT of a stretch to get to its new location, and may require popping one of the fasteners (what I did) and/or cutting back the harness wrap to free more lead for that. I left it under a bit of tension I really don't like, but I've got to go back in anyway.

The third: The washer hoses don't match! Only one of the new hoses is long enough to reach the old hookup, and both of the old hookups are female, while the new hose has one male and one female end. I strongly suspect I can transplant my old motor and level sensor from the previous bottle and fix this. I will also address this in my next update. I can at least say the sensor is correctly reading EMPTY currently, so that much works.
