Electric HUMMER EV vs. Bronco

I’m not sure GM screwed it’s up... they basically made an electric Escalade w/this Hummer.

this vehicle is not a competitor for the Bronco (right now), but it is for the Cyber Truck and as a competitor against the Cyber Truck, the EV Hummer wins.

Really old post. I think I was saying the missed opportunity was to go the H4 route and make a Wrangler/Bronco competitor. We had no idea of what it was back then.

I don't like EV's in general, but the new hummer looks pretty awesome. Having said that, I don't think it's even close to apples to apples to compare the bronco to the hummer. Secondly, just because we all want the bronco, doesn't mean we have to hate on the wranglers of the world, etc.

My local "GM Team" the dealer contacted me today regarding my HUMMER EV EDITION 1 reservation (email and phone call). Uncannily similar to Ford’s first contact—Clueless—no one knows anything, e.g., pricing, availability, but the Dedicated Hummer specialist will be in touch.

The dealer claimed that they received 80 reservations for the EV EDITION 1 and that they’ll receive 3 dealer models. Those numbers seem high to me.
