Thinking about going this route if I can't find a take off. How much trimming of the plastic skid plate did you have to do? I'd be good with not spending money on a steel one. And I assume you had to cut or replace the base hooks?
You really need to hit the various vendors, I got the same thing from several vendors, they would counter with $900 or $950. You can find vendors who will accept $650-$700. I think someone said on here they got theirs for $625. The bumper these guys sell all appear to be the same.
Correct, cut hooks off with your tool of choice. You will need to trim about 8-9" off the skid, then bend/tuck up under the bumper and reinstall fasteners.

I sent one of these to @evilletruck who is doing an install/review. The sensors for the MOD bumper are different than on the capable and very pricy. If you don't have park aid, the Chinese version might make sense. When you start adding sensors at nearly $200/ea and the harness, even while cheaper than OE, still gets pretty spendy.
Wait.. I ordered one of these off Amazon (I’m assuming it’s the same as the ebay version), are you saying my sensors from capable bumper won’t plug and play into this knock off? I have the lux package.
I installed this with parking sensors + adaptive cruise. The bumper came with sensor holders already installed so I didn't have to move the sensor holders from my Plastic bumper over. I had sensors which have the wire going through the side, I heard there's another kind of sensor which has the wire going out of the back. I just unplugged them from my old bumper and they snapped right into place on the MOD bumper, didn't have any issues with clearance or running the wires through either. Don't have any issues so far. I didn't have to do anything with the Adaptive cruise control sensors.
