Drivers door alightment/paint issues

Hey folks, I just completed a 1100 mile trip from MN to NC. I noticed half way down that a new wear mark in the paint in my door sill was developing. It is now spreading further along the door sill. Pictures are tough but I did my best. I check to see if the door bolts were loose they were not. I have not removed my doors yet. Any suggestions? Planning to take it in next weekend for now I used masking tap to try to protect the doors bottom edge and the door sill. I should add, door appears to be aligned based upon consistent gaps between body panels and the door…

Happened on mine. I put ppf on it after I used some touch up paint. It's been working pretty good. Here is a whole thread about it.

I’ve got the same corner rub on my drivers side as well as the area running below the door sill.

No corner rub on passenger side but the area along the door sill is much worse on this side

I really like the idea of what this user did to correct dropped door damage. Seems like it could work for this issue:

Yup, almost the same as mine. Felt like there was a tiny paint/metal spur on the bottom of the door. When I showed the Service Manager, he nodded understanding and said he already knew about this from Ford. He got me in a week from this Saturday. Longer than usual, but he wanted the right guy to work on it.
