Driver window leaks, but not where most do

My driver door window leaks at that seal. The window rattles when I open the door also. Ive done the adjusting of the 2 10mm bolts under the door. Passenger door doesn't seem as bad. Does anyone else have an issue with theirs? Just joined this group today but have been looking on for a year now and know that I finally have one I figured time to join. Thanks in advance.

put up window and hold switch up for 10 seconds
put down window hold 10 seconds
you recalibrate open and close heights

Thats what i thought. It doesn't look right to me.

I have done the window reset as well. That functions ok. Its just the seal area looks off to me. Ford said if its not under warranty it would be $195 diagnosis fee on top of what it would cost to get fixed. Im hoping warranty would cover it
