Rear window behind driver not indexing

I thought I would find the answer via a search but was not successful. My driver side rear door window will not index at all. It stays in the completely up position when the door opens and stays there when I close it. I thought someone on the forum had that problem and reset it using the switch. if I open and close the door, I have to lower the window and then raise it to get the proper seal. This is on my new 2023 Wildtrak

As I recall....

Lower the window all the way down, hold button the whole way down, continue holding for 5 seconds after reaching full down.

Raise the window, holding the button the whole time, continuing to hold for 5 seconds after topping out.

Should be reset now.

I just had to do this to the same window on my ‘23 4-door Wildtrak. The other poster is correct, but Ford Service told me to hold for 10 seconds instead of 5, and I had to do it a few time before it ‘accepted’ the re-program. It won’t beep or acknowledge anything…should just start working properly after a few tries.

put window up and hold Butten 10 secs
it fixed mine
