Is there a thread or chart that shows the driveline (i.e. differentials, axles, half shafts, etc) differences between non-raptor trim levels? While technically not in the driveline what steering rack does each trim level use?

Well, there are only 3 drive lines, and only 2 steering racks. So that does make it easy.

For drive lines:

* Raptor gets Dana 50 in the rear, and Dana M210 in the front - both front and rear lockers, and the 4A Full-Time Transfer case.

* Wildtrak, Badlands, and all SAS/Hertiage models get Dana M220 in rear, and M210 in the front - both front and rear lockers. All of these models also get the 4A Full-Time Transfer Case.

* All other trims get Dana M220 in rear, and M190 in front. Only some models will have a rear locker, no m190 has a locker. Some models may have the 4A Full-Time Transfer Case, but the Part-Time case is standard here.

The M220 non-locker rear axle uses a special differential carrier with a welded ring gear ("For added strength" haha), and as such as slightly different sized rear axles than the ELD-equipped rear end.

The m190 and m220 use different half shafts up front, and the Raptor uses a different half-shaft than non-Raptor.

For Steering racks:

* The base is the HOSS 2.0 steering rack.

* Starting with MY23 Wildtrak and MY24 Badlands, and all Raptors have the "Severe Duty" steering rack (HOSS 3.0)
