Well, I just contacted the credit card company and they say that it's been too long. I guess I'll have to go to small claims court to get my money back.

Honestly it's probably a lost cause. Business is bankrupt, and they owe a lot of people a lot of money. Good chance you won't get your money back.

I think you’d be better off trying again with your credit card company. It seems most have been successful going this route even when it was beyond the time allowed.

I ordered the BAM BYODR for the Bronco on 5 June 2024. At the time they said there was a 7-8 week lead on the product. No problem. I'm pretty patient, but it's 16 Jan 2025, seven months since the order, and I still don't have the product. What really infuriates me is that I can't get anyone at ARCHETYPE RACING to respond to my inquiries. The payment was processed right away but the product is still not here. I understand that production isn't always predictable, but neglecting to keep me informed, and failing to answer my reasonable questions is inexcusable. Did they go out of business without my noticing?
I am beyond disappointed and will pursue a refund through the credit card company. I won't waste my time with this derelict outfit anymore.
It's too bad.

good luck - as others mentioned the company has gone tits up due to being run by a cheater. I have a few products on my truck that I am happy with, it was good while it lasted.

I held off on ordering the shifter, I saw the end coming and resisted ordering. Keep pushing with the credit card company, maybe you can persuade them.

I just got off the phone with the credit card company and it looks as though I will be reimbursed for the purchase. The lesson is not to wait so long next time. If something seems wrong, it probably is.

I’m glad you checked with your credit card company again. I hate to see anyone get burned by this company. Many of us figured out this Ponzi scheme a while ago unfortunately there were also many on this site that felt that the quality was worth the wait and it was not a scam.

I usually use this site when I do Bronco research. This is what happens when I don't.
