I received notice yesterday from my ccc that my account was credited for the full amount of the stirrups and badges, Order was placed in March of this year. Now I have a set of OEM rock rails that i dont know what I am going to do with them

Wondering how he could go out of biz with the prices he WAS charging? Geez, I start ignoring AR early on once I saw what he was charging....good quality yes, but yowza.

Simple, he bought a ferrari and a porsche taycan with the money (and a giant truck, IIRC)

He made some amazing products (IMO) and could easily have had a successful business if he had done the following:

a) not played johnny racecar with his money
b) hired a dedicated CS rep
c) stopped accepting orders (or at least accepting money for pre-orders) when his backlog got too high

Especially if you have the actual item that is broken, any competent machinist can recreate what he's made, they just likely can't copy his IP and sell it online.

Hey, I was also left hanging on an emblem purchase from March. I had two items in the order, the emblem and the SLAP mount.

I *think* see the charge for the SLAP mount, but not seeing one for the emblem. Maybe they didn't charge me for it?

Can anyone confirm what the merchant name on your charges were?

Find your shopify email confirmation then call your credit card company. Forward them the email.
