Had a few waves from jeeps. F150 raptor owners used to wave to each other until the second gen came out, the it was hit or miss. But, when we're out in the woods everyone waves to each other regardless of what you are driving because we're out having fun and it also is a way to tell if someone is from out of the area(ie, berrypicker), because they generally don't wave. Let's you know who belongs and don't when you're territorial , lol.

I saw a sign in a bait shop in Northern Wisconsin a few years ago it said "non-resident berry picking permits for sale " ,still makes me laugh

If someone waves to me, I'll always wave back. No reason to not be pleasant. But don't touch my vehicles... Keep that Jeeper-furry duck-stuff away from me. Most of the Bronco owners I have seen don't seem to engage, which I am absolutely fine with.

No waves since I got it 2 years ago. Most of the waves are from Broncos.
Though twice Jeep guys parked next to me made compliments before they walked away.

Also funny fact, all the waves from the Broncos are modified. Meaning, they have SAS, or extra offroad bits, customized wheel/trim/beadlock and whatever. I guess people who do stuff on their Bronco are more enthusiastic than someone drives a Bronco as just a transportation.

I just made the transition from a Rubican to a Raptor. I loved the Jeep and almost every other Jeep will wave at you. I did not like it at first, but now I think I will miss it. Its just good energy. Same with the ducks. This Raptor is Fire though.

I notice Bronco owners mostly do not wave but Bronco Raptor owners usually do wave.

We had JK ten years ago, the wave thing was cool and Jeepers really do stop to help other Jeepers.

I bought my first new Jeep back in 1993, and just came out of Rubicon Gladiator. There was always a wave, and at least 1 duck a week (as I am not really a fan of the ducks) I would give them to another Jeep owner I knew, she was always appreciative of getting them. Only had the Bronco a week now, so no waves and I am good with that as well.

I usually get people that wave just in general, but jeep owners do tend to wave more. I think it’s just that brotherhood of like ….” Hey we can go off road and I like your bronco as you’d like my jeep” type mentality maybe

I recently put it to a Jeeper like this, Vehicles like Mavericks, or Libertys, are like our annoying brothers or sisters...Jeeps are the favorite cousins. We simply have more in common and shouldn't hesitate to be friends.

This is a long established fact on this forum. The reason is that Raptor owners are much nicer people than the rest of the Bronco owners. It's a fact that was established in CT (Tristate area) and repeated on the forum until the threads were locked, and the poster was forced to quit (at least that's my theory).

Why not? What else would you be rather talking about? How to improve the audio sound in a noisy rattle box the Bronco is? Or maybe how to replace a noisy Getrag tranny THREE times and have the same noise?
Let's talk about waves, ducks, and BAD people driving mediocre Broncos. They don't wave because first of all they are not nice, and second,...they are envious of the Raptors (feeling inferior to be exact). And as any qualified psychiatrist will tell you, the inferiority complex (and several others) is most effectively cured by the purchase of the Raptor (especially a BLACK one!).
