This was a difficult project. When I first started it many months ago, there weren't any vendors selling them. If I was replacing it now, I would probably just buy one from Redline. But, it was still a good experience. I just really like trying new things and pushing myself to learn and experiment.

If you just want to buy one from Redline or similar, the video will help you with the disassembly and reassembly process.

If you do want to give this a try, I can save you some time, check out the attached PDF file for the pattern from which you can cut the panels.

Great job... and one that I just could not do. Sewing and taking apart vital pieces to the operation of the vehicle and hoping that it all comes together flawlessly. Just can't do it.

Well done. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the stock one until you posted the side by side. Now it looks like cheap plasticky trash.

Haha, however you justify the dilution of the brand and selling out. Bean counters gonna count. No reason to have an enthusiasts' forum for something nobody can get enthused about. ;) The four-door is the "heart smart" version of the Bronco that keeps regulators at bay. How does that artificial sweetener taste?

***For anyone new to the internet, this is just good fun joking between people who can take a joke***
It's a joke, not a dick; don't take it so hard. That said, still not a real Bronco :ROFLMAO:

Here is mine from them. Love it so far!
Can you show a pic from a side angle so we can see how far up it extends?

Here is a semi side shot. Once I get home I'll take another one lower to show the actual height. I will say I like how it sits slightly higher than stock. It makes it more comfortable arm position for me as a 6' person

Loved the video! I'm thinking of doing one for my Fiat and my Bronco.

I'm also wondering if a leather wrap would work for improving the knob.
