Disconnecting OEM Fog lights

I'm in the process of replacing my oem fog lights with the Ford performance fog lights. I'm having trouble unplugging the wiring harness. Are there any tricks to unplugging the harness for the light housing?

There's usually a tab you depress before you pull the connection apart.
Sometimes it's a lever.

Post a picture so we can look at it.
