Ford has been useless on the updates. I spoke to my dealer today and my truck has been moved to "Storage Status". Aka it is missing something, which seems to be in line with what everyone else is experiencing. Frustrating that there has been no word from Ford through this.

Well I can give you something to guess off of as to what's holding it up......

HPR Wildtrak High Package MIC top in production 4/19 - Built 4/21 and delivered already. HPR Badlands SAS MIC Lux package stuck in production since 4/19. (So difference being badlands interior, badlands sway bar disconnect and Lux items... and it cannot seem to get finished yet)

I think this is impacting a lot more builds than I originally thought. At first, it seemed to be a shipping backlog but very few people in my build week or in the weeks after seem to be getting finished, despite having modules popped/ tear tags and are parked somewhere with no updates from @Ford Motor Company.

And the few I see getting Built emails this week in our thread and previous May threads are Raptors... different axles?...

Not sure but given the just-in-time nature of auto production and that the line will run even if a part is not available for 100% of the run, you can get a roulette wheel effect where some builds happen to be rolling down the line when those parts are available and then others roll down when they aren't. Those that don't get the part(s) get stuck in holding lots until @Ford Motor Company decides to complete those builds.

Unfortunately, the path of least resistance is to focus on the line- not retrofitting partial builds as the assembly lines. Based on my limited knowledge, it seems the assembly lines, labor and processes are not designed for the retrofit scenarios Ford keep creating.

Regardless, Ford could be communicating with those of us stuck in production. They know exactly where are builds are, what needs to happen to get them completed and when that should be finished. They are choosing to withhold that information which is the completely inexcusable part.

There is a small group of us at Stephens that were built in April but the tracker still shows “in production” - and a few from February. Many Broncos were built and shipped before and after our build week. Ford emailed the dealer about 2 weeks ago to say our Broncos wouldn’t be shipped until they meet “Ford standards”. No details beyond that.

Call center is useless and can’t even confirm that to be the case. The kicker is that private offers are set to expire on July 5 and no one is willing to step up and say they’ll be renewed.
The private offer is what I am worried about. My bronco is getting built this week, but realistically I probably won't get it until mid July when the private offer expires. Keep your head up, we will get there.

Need a pub like Motor Trend or Ford Authority to run something. That may actually get some attention from Ford. If nothing else, they'll publish that Ford refused to respond which is, effectively, an admission there is a problem. Ford avoids any info that could hurt their share price. They have, routinely, chosen shareholder optics over customer experience and satisfaction. Jim Farley knows he won't survive any more share price dips.

Blend date 2/24. Still shows in production. Was supposed to be delivered on 3/22. Been approved for a loan since then at 2.49%. Lending company said they will honor the interest rate until it’s delivered. All ford will tell the dealer is delayed without explanation. Probably won’t need a loan by the time it gets here. Guess that’s a plus.
Where in the world did you get a 2.49% rate?

I have a Badlands, 2 door, High, no SAS built 4/20. Been driving it for a month. Just putting it out there if it helps people figure out the hold up.

Panhandle federal credit union. It was a get people in the door rate. You have to live or work in the county to qualify.

So the stuck in production theories are as follows (chime in if I've missed anything):
- Some issue with the availability or quality of the Dana rear axles
- Mic top shortage
- Extra QC
- Shipping backlogs so no real need to move them to built
- Mod shop is backed up with too many bumper/ rack/ PPP installations
- Seatbelt recall
- Trying to run out the clock on any more vehicles with price protection
- Another chip shortage
- Sustaining demand by slow producing vehicles so they can continue to raise prices
- Supplier(s) telling Ford to F-themselves and slow delivering after years of being treated like crap
- Union that refuses to let lines shut down/ slow down when parts aren't available and vehicles only get partially built
- Ford's logistics department has never heard of FIFO and is possibly the most inept group of humans ever assembled

We don't know. The dealers don't know. We do know this- @Ford Motor Company knows what's going on but they are CHOOSING not to tell us.

@WT205 most of those don’t hold water because mine was built yesterday and shipped today. I’d bet on your build week having a build QC issue and that’s the hold.

Well my build week was 2/20 and out of the 35 people that were on here posting that week, I’m the only one that hasn’t received my bronco. I was 20th in line that week and I’ve been told my bronco was probably first in the lot and now it’s buried and won’t be shipped till they get the lot about empty. Guess Ford has been using a first in last out shipping method.
