IIRC, when I changed my tire size settings with my ProCal, I got some errors on my screen. Had to force a relearn with the ProCal and that sorted it out. Just don't remember what the error was and what relearn had to be forced.

"To fix the AWD/4x4 error after a Ford ProCal tire size adjustment on a Bronco, you must run an AWD Module Relearn and a PCM Reset/Adaptations Clear using the ProCal tool or FORScan. This corrects the speed mismatch, clearing 4x4 faults, dash lights, and fixing shifting issues."

I check my speed against my gps and shows 2mph difference. What did you set your revolutions at?
Mine is still set at the stock Sas number of 606. I'm thinking around 590 to 595 might be the right number for my tires, but I'm not sure I even want to mess with it.

Is this a menu item on procal? Easy to do? Afraid to ask why dealer tech didn’t do it?

Yeah, it's in the service options.

This. It will tell you on the screen if/when you need to do anything specific

So I adjusted mine to 592 today (from stock 606 with the 35's and now with the 37 KO2's) and it's almost dead on. I think I might need to go down to 585-588 range to be spot on but my tires are around 75-80% tread so it's definitely fine tuning that isn't really needed at this point since we know the tires will keep wearing down.
