Quite honestly, I've been dealing with this issue for months. Just haven't had time or the desire to bring it to Ford to figure out. Hopefully it's an easy fix!

My 2022 Badlands is having the exact same issue. Swapped back to my OE headlights and the issue persists.

I'm having the same problem with my driverside. I reinstalled my OE lights and the issue persists. I'm pretty sure the Form lights took out my BCM.

Yeah, it's in the service options.

"To fix the AWD/4x4 error after a Ford ProCal tire size adjustment on a Bronco, you must run an AWD Module Relearn and a PCM Reset/Adaptations Clear using the ProCal tool or FORScan. This corrects the speed mismatch, clearing 4x4 faults, dash lights, and fixing shifting issues."

IIRC, when I changed my tire size settings with my ProCal, I got some errors on my screen. Had to force a relearn with the ProCal and that sorted it out. Just don't remember what the error was and what relearn had to be forced.

What settings did you change in Forscan? I replaced all my speakers and made some changes in Forscan. The sound qualtity went from ugh to meh. But never made it to okay.

For me, it’s all of the Teslas. Next in line is a Mazda CUV.

Oh yeah. Everyone else is the worst!

Only the top two projectors are on when I'm on lowbeams on my Form headlights. All four turn on for highbeam mode.

I'm totally with you on this. Just like people calling the "Passing Lane" on the highway the "Fast Lane." It's a highway... every lane is the fast lane. The left lane is for passing... not fasting. :crazy:
