Dealer surveys

When I picked up my Bronco they tacked on a $5K ADM. I was not happy and let them know it. I was never told there would be any ADM. I paid it. About four days later I got the survey from Ford. I lit up the dealer in that survey. 45 minutes after I hit send on the survey, the owner of the dealership called me and said that is not how they do business and he was sending me a check for the $5K plus tax. I got the check a few days later.

Service could care less about the sales survey for the most part. They probably won’t even see it.

Filling out the survey negatively won’t help you though, You should use it as leverage before you fill it out.

& There is usually part of the survey that says, “would you like to leave a google review.” If the dealer cares about their reputation this will get their attention as much or more than the survey itself.

Funny you mention that because I asked about FORD's ESP. Ford backed extended warranty was not offered by the dealership only a third party option through where service would have to be done at their dealership chain.

Contact @Granger Ford. they will sell you a Ford extended warranty good nationwide at $50 over cost. Bear in mind you can buy it at anytime while your vehicle is still under original factory warranty. Not sure if you get it back if for if example, it's totaled before the original warranty expires. Perhaps someone on here knows...

Just following up. Dealer did me right and the warranties are cancelled.
