Cowl below windshield

Anyone notice that the cowl in front of the windshield on their bronco doesn't seem to fit quite right?

Numerous people have mentioned poor fitting cowls. Some have actually been distorted further when left in direct sunlight on warm days.

My cowl is perfect, but I have a wind whistle coming through the vent in the cowl at 45mph and above that is super annoying. I have been in communication with Ford and my dealership. They will have to remove the cowl and see where it is entering the cabin. The last thing I taped off was the vent in the cowl, which totally stopped the wind whistle.
