Controversial subject here.....mud flaps.

sitting on 37x12.50 Trail grapplers with a wheel offset of -18. Tires sit approximately 1.5-1.75" outside the edge of the fender flares.

I am looking for nothing long, as low profile as I can and still getting the protection

Tons of poke, lift and large tires. Pretty much have all those bases covered for making your ask extremely difficult.


Low profile flaps will do nearly nothing to help with a vehicle set up like this.

There is always a give and take.

I have narrow-ish 35's with nearly zero poke and added Ford's flaps.
They help alot with the splash and but a good number of rocks still get past them. I'm considering trimming the bottom lip and bolting on some longer rubbers that can be unbolted for an offroad trip.

Looks cool as fuck though!

I went with standard sized rekgen on SAS. Not too obtrusive and it seems to help from getting more pain chips..to a degree. These tires get so loaded with rocks. I just had a 5tire rotation and the spare has rocks from 2 months ago that came back from another state!

IAG I-Line, like a few others here. I believe they’re the same as the Mabetts, just a different stamp. A lot of IAG stuff is made in the US, the I-Line stuff is not. They look good, almost factory, they’re no drill, install is fairly easy once you figure out the instructions. Here’s a pic with non-sas flares, 35 offset wheels, 315/70/r17 tires. They work with the rock rails too.

Our mudflaps, while similar, are just a little bit different than other resellers out there like Mabett. We use stainless mounting hardware while the others have used black oxide up to this point. We also spec a slightly softer plastic for the actual mud flap to prevent cracking and chipping.

Good to hear. I know they’re just mudflaps but for what it’s worth, every time I’ve dealt with IAG they’ve been great to work with. Excellent service.

someone has to be able to create some sort of fender flare / mud flap hybrid that is seamless and doesn't look so brutal...
