I’m on my second clutch. First was replaced. Drives fine just creaks. I’m scheduled to have it replaced again.

Hello. I just provided the info. Let me know if you need anything else.Hi there! I can assist with your clutch creak concern. Could you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info?
Thank you for your feedback. Mine was built in June/July and delivered in early September. For those having this issue, do you know if yours was a delayed vehicle (dirt or ice mountain)?
The Bronco has a hydraulic clutch.
That limits possible creaking noises to:
Corrosion on the pressure plate assembly could result in creaking noises and would be indicative of a vehicle left in the elements for a long period of time without driving. This would be the first thing I would look at.
- Pedal pivot point
- slave cylinder
- pilot bearing
- pressure plate fingers
Corrosion on the slave cylinder could cause it to make a noise when it is actuated and would be the second thing I would look at.
3rd I would look at the pilot bearing, only if the noise was constant. Noise only when applying force to the clutch pedal, or releasing force from the clutch pedal will be one of the other things.

Mine was on dirt mountain for probably 3 months during the summer. Clutch pedal started to squeak at about 8k miles. For those having this issue, do you know if yours was a delayed vehicle (dirt or ice mountain)?

Is the squeak on the inside pivot or coming from the outside under the vehicle? In theory, all of those joints could be lubricated. The throwout bearing or pressure plate fingers should clear up squeaking by themselves over time.Mine was on dirt mountain for probably 3 months during the summer. This is coming from inside the cabin. So much so that I can feel it squeaking through my foot, which leads me to believe that a joint needs to be lubricated in or around the pedal. Is the squeak on the inside pivot or coming from the outside under the vehicle? Since it is still under warranty, I would have the dealer deal with it if you can. that way if it is a dry bushing or bearing that should have been replaced, it will get replaced. This is coming from inside the cabin. Hopefully the manual Broncos aren't afflicted with the broken weld/pedal assembly issues that plague the S550 Mustangs. In those, a creak in the passenger compartment when engaging the clutch pedal means a cracked weld that is about to fail....This is coming from inside the cabin. Hi Jose! I can look into your Bronco's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?having the same issue, took it to dealer today, they didn't do anything, instead im scheduled to drop it off in a few weeks so they can investigate for a few days, and they are getting me a rental in the mean time.
will update when I know more
