Clicking Nose From Dash After Running HVAC

2024 Badlands, Lux package, 7spd manual 2.3l. Has anyone else noticed this loud noise after turning the engine off, after running the HVAC system for a while? Whenever I’m running the heat and shut the Bronco off, this clicking noise comes from the center of the dash. It sounds like a vent or something closing. Dealer says they heard it and listened in a couple vehicles on the lot - and one did it and one did not. They say there's no bulletin about it so nothing they can do....... It’s very annoying, hoping this isn’t normal.

That’s one of the blend or mode doors.
Just because there’s no bulletin doesn’t mean they can’t do anything lol they should still fix the concern it’s not normal.

I am like you, I can not stand a clicking nose

I traded in my 2019 Ranger for my Bronco because of that annoying noise. I was just out of warranty and didn't want to pay the cost for the repair. If my 2023 does it, I will lose my mind. That noise is the worst!
