Chicagoland dealers for service

[Bronco Libre]

Hello,
I live in Chicago and I am currently looking for any recommendations as to where I should regularly get my bronco serviced.

I bought my Bronco in Minnesota last year and have been having it serviced at Roesch Ford in Bensenville and they have been pretty good. I take it there because it’s conveniently close to my job and havn’t had any complaints.

Just curious if anyone has had outstanding service in any other chicagoland area dealers. Looking for service departments that actually still care about the quality of their work.

When you say Chicago.........lol........that's a lot of real estate.....so be more specific. I'd suggest sticking with smaller dealers, but even then, so much depends on the service writers, most of whom have never got their hands dirty. Just heard a horror story from my mechanic trying to get a smaller dealer in Elgin to even listen as he brought a customer's truck in under warranty....42 years of experience against a paper pusher....took an hour before they got in for the problem to be solved.

Stay away from Schaumburg. Service techs seem good but service writers are very misleading and work the system and customers for money. My money is going elsewhere

LOL. I understand that there are people that say they live in Chicago but actually reside anywhere in Illinois but Chicago.

I literally mean that I live in Chicago, in the city limits, on the southwest side. But I wouldn’t mind traveling outside to the surrounding suburbs if it means better service that I can always depend on.
