Would the burnt valve be related to the Intake Valve Stem Fracture recall (Campaign # 24S55/24V635 )?
I've been having a similar problem. Random misfires when accelerating uphill in a high gear. Spoke with the dealer a little while ago and they told me it was probably bad gas . The problem has been constant regardless of what gas I use. I'm taking it in this week. I'll let you know what they say.

Forscan cannot change anything with the PCM.

Even if you did have an aftermarket tune, the ones on the market (other then a full custom tune) are extremely safe in regards to fuel/timing and all that, so that wouldn’t cause a cylinder to go lean.

6 ignition cycles is very odd, clearing codes will not reset it. As far as I’m aware, the only thing that will is reprogramming the PCM. Did you have any OTA updates or have the PCM updated recently at all?

Either way, that’s not proof that it ever had a programmer on it or not. So don’t let them try and tell you it’s not warranty because of that number.
Will a tune leave any tell tales behind once removed?

I'm having the same issue on the same Cyl each time. #1 And #5. Put new plugs in with no change.
