Carpet delete?

Got my new Raptor. Love the power seats. Hate the carpet. Ok, I don’t hate it, just dislike it strongly after having no carpet in previous Raptor.

Anyone remove the carpet and add their own drain plugs? Did you just remove the carpet or did you add any sort of liner?

Curiosity. Was the washout interior and MGV seatsnot an option?

So it can be done, but you'll have to remove the majority of the interior. Just so you realize that the vinyl floor has cutouts for the seat mounts and only hooks into the side. Where there is a cutout also exists a point of entry for water to seep under the floor. You can see what a WT owner did to undertake the task of removing the carpet and installing the vinyl floor.

Yes, MGV no carpet is an option. I had it in my first BRaptor. I really liked the setup, but a (near) $100k vehicle should have power seats as standard!

Honestly, whoever decided carpet is standard in cars/trucks should get slapped. It makes zero sense.

Honestly, whoever decided carpet is standard in cars/trucks should get slapped. It makes zero sense.

We have an Armorlite floor in process for 2 and 4 door Broncos, I am not aware of any differences for the Raptor model that would inhibit the fit.
