Capable to modular bumper swap

I have a capable bumper, no parking sensors, and fogs. Just want to confirm that’s it’s a straight unbolt/rebolt. Assuming skid plate still works? Do I just take off the wiring connection for the fog lights and put some electrical tape on the connector to protect it from the elements? Also, if anyone in north Texas is looking to sell their modular bumper I’d be interested. Thanks in advance

Yah capable to modular is super simple unbolt and replace if you had safety sensors could be a little more hassle.

6 bolts, 5 minutes. Helps to have a second set of hands, but not necessary.

floor jack and some cribbing can be your friend. I did that with my rock rails as the length made it cumbersome to think about holding up while bolting.

Yes as everyone has said quick and easy, I have a BD like yours and the wire harness plug for the fog's is on the Driver side above the bumper. I removed my harness from the capable and I'm going to re-use it for a set of fog's in the MOD soon.

No I had to buy some pigtail adapters from 4x4 Truck LED's for $20 to do the job easily.

I have everything ready to go just waiting for some nice weather to install. Cheap fog lights from Amazon that are S2 Baja Design look a likes, I also have 2 sets of Squadron Pro's I'll be putting in with them.
