Can't delete phone from SYNC4

Decided to see if operating Android Auto only as wired solves the plethora of issues. TLDR - it doesn't. So today I reenabled wireless AA on the vehicle but noticed that my phone does not automatically connect over wifi. Also noticed an additional phone that had appeared on my phone list. Attempted to delete the extra phone and it simply does not delete. Attempted to delete ANY phone, no dice. Rebooted head unit, same.

Any ideas?

Same. In fact, I have a random iPhone 14 Pro apparently synced (I did not do this) and I am
Unable to delete. This CarPlay is terrible. I often have to restart my vehicle to pair my
Phone. Constant headache.

Hmmmm……My AirPlay works flawlessly…..

You have to delete the phone from the bottom of the list then work your way up. Can’t just delete a phone in the middle of the list for some reason.
