Can these items be bought separate from an order?

I am probably going to have to order my build, it's going to be tough to find what I want. I know what I want in terms of core build, but there are many things I don't know if I want and prefer to buy separately:

SAS fender flares -- I won't be ordering the SAS package but would like the wider flares
Roof rails/crossbars
Retractable Twill soft top
Shade or bimini
Tube doors
Replacement handgrabs (in a color other than orange)
Bronco logo full coverage floor mats

I assume these things are available, but if any are bundled items only I'd like to know.

And a question about the retractable soft top:

Is this easily swappable with the hard top? The weather where I live necessitates the hard top for winter and going without a top in the summer is pretty risky due to rain patterns. The retractable soft top would allow me to enjoy my ride including open air without worrying about getting rained on. Plus, I hate being on the highway in a convertible -- the only place I want open air is on the trail.

All are available separately from Ford or off the marketplace. None come complete in one package.

With regards to the softtop. Swappable but not neccesarily easily but for seasonal changes you are probably ok.

Yes to all but bundling.

https://accessories.ford.com/

Once you know what you want there then start searching the Internet for better prices and/or aftermarket options. We're finally starting to get a good selection of everything except for soft tops with the Besttop being the only option besides factory. Used to be another, can't remember the name or if it's still available, maybe someone can speak to it.

My experience has been.

I was able to trade to get Sasquatch fender flares for free.
Roof rails/crossbars available aftermarket.
Retractable Twill soft top don't bother, they are a pain in the ass to swap, and there are better options.
Shade or bimini available aftermarket ($45).
Tube doors available aftermarket ($250).
Replacement handgrabs ? haven't looked.
Bronco logo full coverage floor mats available.

Good luck

There are people on the member marketplace here selling every item you mentioned (except for maybe the twill soft top) if you want to save some money over retail. They come and go so keep checking. I got my SAS flares for free by trading with someone locally. If you can’t find the grab handles on here, Stickerfab sells decals to cover the grab handle colors in pretty much any color you want. Same for AC vent tabs. It’s more work but the option exists.

The factory roof rack is significantly more expensive from Ford Accessories than it was for me to include it on my build ($895 vs $495) but you may be able to find it cheaper. It won't work with a soft top.
Aftermarket racks are available that work with soft tops.
You can take your front two hardtop panels off and store them onboard, if that helps your top concerns.

e: It's also worth noting that the 2-door and 4-door OEM roof racks are actually identical, maybe save for some mounting hardware.
