Camera recall pt 2

My camera would occasionally get the black screen and shifting in and out of reverse would fix it. Got camera replaced a couple months ago per the recall just to get it out the way. Went a while without having issues then all of a sudden full black screen while reversing and it wouldn’t correct with shifting gears. Cycled power and the image finally came back.

Has anyone else had issues with this recall not being corrected?
