We were not allocated any Broncos for 2024 by Ford. They reduced our allocation because of the original reservations into our 2023 allocation and subtracted those from our allocation from 2024 leaving us with 0.

That was an absolute dick move on Ford's part... You sold more Broncos than most (if not all) other dealerships. It was their fuckup that caused this mess. I am angry for you Zach!

That is complete bullshit on Fords part. Zach’s dealership was a huge part in pumping the enthusiasm early on, and Ford benefited greatly from the actions of Zach’s dealership.

Albert did far more to stoke enthusiasm for Broncos than Levine ever did.

I am a customer for life at Granger, by far the most ethical car dealer in America. I don’t know of any dealers that even come close. My brother is about to buy a Ram pickup from Granger, based on my recommendation.

@Zach@Granger, thanks for sticking with us. It's really shortsighted of @Ford_Motor_Company to clip Granger's 2024 Bronco wings while sending product to the big city dealers who tarnish their brand daily. I live in the Phoenix area with lots of choices, and I'll never buy a vehicle from those Ford dealers again. The typical car buying experience has degenerated into a filthy unbecoming chore. And that's why I ultimately ended up at Granger.

I wanted to thank you for the best car buying experience I've ever had. I waiting just over 3 long years from reservation to delivery of my Bronco. I flew into town, your folks picked me up at my hotel, and I was off driving my new rig in about an hour. Half of that time was spent with your staff kindly showing me how to connect my phone to Android Auto and how to work features and functions on the vehicle. The smile in the photo says it all.

And dang! I love the vehicle! I took a long winding road trip home over 11 days and 3,900 miles. The Bronco was flawless. And yes ... it went off road and got used pretty hard. I also have a highly modified Rubicon on 35's so that's my frame of reference. The Bronco was so much better to drive on the road. A night and day difference in tracking, seat comfort, and controls. Off road I was quite impressed too. I couldn't bring myself to trust that rotary dial thing for off road modes, but I enjoyed the ease of the buttons to engage 4 wheel low, the lockers, and the sway bar disconnect. It was so easy to switch modes and the performance was terrific. The Rubicon now has 198K miles on it. This Bronco is going to have a good life

Hopefully what goes around comes around. Albert brought me into this crazy circus, but Zach and his great crew have kept me here. I have no qualms as most of you know piling on the praise of Granger. This will be my second vehicle from them in less than two years. I'm guessing there will be plenty more as the years go by. Fortunately they are relatively close at a 4 hour drive.

With higher prices and higher rates, sales are going to drop. There will be plenty of inventory soon. You can tell Ford I'm only buying my next vehicle from Granger. Hopefully its a Ford......I have 2 vehicles with Granger and hopefully it will be a third in the near future, and forth and fifth and sixth.

Zach you’re missing a sales opportunity here. I was there on Thursday picking up my Bronco and you had around 25 Broncos in that front row which I was told were available. You have a lot people that can get the word out for you that are very happy with your dealership.

After learning of Ford's unfortunate and misguided allocation decision and seeing the latest price increases, I'm feeling extremely grateful I was able to get my price protected Grangetober special in June. Before any dealer markups, my build would be almost $18k more if ordered today (edit: and it appears I would lose 4A), way out of my price range!

Thanks again @Zach@Granger I wish you guys nothing but the best and hope @Ford Motor Company one day wakes up and realizes you are one of a very tiny of number of dealers that are actually helping to build the brand rather than dragging it through the mud like the other 99%. They should be rewarding you rather than penalizing.

These are my comments when they asked about Ford Corp. "Granger is amazing. Ford corporate could learn a lot about doing business from them. The entire Bronco reservation process with Ford changing the rules along the way has been beyond rediculous. Ford has damaged its brand and relationship with longtime loyal customers. Granger was professional and lived to their word the entire time. Please send your corporate team for a training session with the Granger team."

I left a similar reply, all top marks for Granger while absolutely slamming Ford on the way they handled everything, although I did not think about Ford going to Granger for customer service. That is an excellent suggestion, and really puts it in stark reality.
