I just tried Roadrunner. Thank you. It is $795 open carrier and extra $490 for enclosed. Decisions decisions !!So I followed up on the Safe Auto Trucking as the $550 sounds too good to be true. Website looks professional. But during the quote request process, I noted that the vehicle picture they use is the Bronco Sport despite selecting 2023 Ford Bronco. Minor red flag. I received a callback from the 610 area code. I could barely understand the phone operator as English was not their primary language. I did clarify with them that the vehicle being transported is different than what they pictured. And they indicated that it didn't change the price.
With all that said, their quote is substantially lower than others at $550. The most expensive was Fisher Auto Transport recommended by Granger. They quoted $1800. While I felt very confident with Fisher, there is no way that I'm spending almost $2k. On the other hand, Safe Auto Transport gave me zero confidence. I almost expect my Bronco to end up in a container bound for a third-world country.
I'll try and get a few quotes from others that have been mentioned. But right now, I have Montway Auto Transport as the in-between. 100% confidence in the communication and they quoted $1200.
Update: RoadRunner (thanks to @Toccoa ) is the leading contender at $1045.
Thanks goes to @Toccoa as their Bronco was delivered via RR. I chose open carrier. Figured it didn't get special treatment from MAP no need to pay for enclosed. If damage occurs, the transport company has insurance. Likely will never need to file a claim. These companies are hauling vehicles all the time.I just tried Roadrunner. Thank you. Looking forward to your review so please post and let us know. I think I'm about the same distance from Granger as you are, just further up the coast so mileage should be about the same. Shipping makes sense at a thousand dollars if anything to save the miles on the Bronco and the time since I don't know when mine will roll down the line.Just booked RoadRunner. The low bid of Safe Auto just didn't give me confidence based on communication. RoadRunner was $200 below Montway. I just called it a day instead of trying to save another hundred or two. I don't want to make that last comments sound like I'm being flippant when it comes to money. Just rather, I'm done with this whole process and just want to feel confident that my Bronco is delivered safely and on time.
Will do. They weren't the cheapest, but still cheaper than the recommended Fisher. Booking was a breeze with no red flags. There are options to pay for enclosed carrier and for additional insurance beyond the standard insurance. I didn't pay for any additional service or insurance. Friday, the 12th, it will be picked up and begin the journey to Florida.Looking forward to your review so please post and let us know. between various people I’ve been asked for the same information 3 maybe 4 times.I had a build date of 4/11 but no updates on the tracker since.
ford chat said it should arrive at the dealer before 5/15.
when does Granger contact us? Once it lands or once it’s prepped?
I was built on 4/13 still waiting for shipment to Granger. FMC says it is on a "Plant Hold"Personally, mine is scheduled for production on 4/13. I’m curious to see how long it takes for it to get delivered to Granger. Will have to plan travel from Orlando, to Granger.

I went through the same process. I live on the west coast. Fisher was $2k but seemed really professional. Safe Auto Trucking was $850 but they had way too many red flags, sales people on website had no pictures and generic names, address given went to a vacant lot on google maps, said they were BBB certified and they weren't. When I asked them to explain all this they stopped emailing me. I would run from them. Montway, stopwatch, ubid were all within $100 of the $1500 Montway price. uBid was just outsourcing to Montway. Agree with Beach Bum on the no surprises for Montway. They outsourced to Extra Mile Transport. It is supposed to be picked up tomorrow. I guess we will see how it goes.So I followed up on the Safe Auto Trucking as the $550 sounds too good to be true. Website looks professional. I went with Montway. $870 to Dallas. (Roadrunner increased the rate as soon as I clicked book!!). Montway will pick up Monday/Tuesday.I went through the same process. I live on the west coast. I tried getting Montway to lower their price. They pushed back and said since my quote two weeks ago the prices have gone up so they couldn't. They said prices are going to be high for the next month as people move their winter homes, back to their summer homes. It drives a lot more demand for the carriers which inflates the price.I went with Montway. $870 to Dallas. (Roadrunner increased the rate as soon as I clicked book!!).
