It'll do this every time ya fire it up? I'll be halfway to work before it goes away and I can adjust the radio.

Why all this talk of SYNC? I've used SYNC 1, it sucked, my FiST has SYNC 3, I have no idea how good it is personally, I hear it sucks, I use Android Auto.

The Bronco will use SYNC 4 with wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play. Why would anybody use SYNC when they'll have a wireless mirror of their phone on their dash?

Curious what trim this interior was taken. Dash looks glossy and the accents on the vents are white.
That was someone messing with files on an F-150.

it was posted to the Facebook page a few days ago.

Sync is the operating system/UI. AA/CarPlay are essentially just apps in that system. So even if you use android auto you’re still using sync.

Kind of, but not really.

The hardware yes, software, nope.

It looks like Pixar circa 2003

sure it is laggy, the display animation runs while the system is booting up. An attempt to distract you about how long it takes for sync to boot.

It's a cool animation but seems to take forever.
On my Mercury (Sync 1), you couldn't even see the reverse camera until it was done with the startup animation.
My Flex (Sync 3) would interrupt the animation for a camera, but activating heated seats/steering wheel meant you had to wait for the startup animation, *then* map loading, *then* a second or two of lag.

It got so annoying, I made it so long-pressing the Eject button would turn on the seat/wheel (or long-press Sound to include the passenger).
This is my concern as well. It's a cool animation, but when I turn on the ignition, I'm ready to go. I'm not interested in waiting another 5-10 seconds for the rest of my car to boot up.
