Did my front and rear diff maintenance today & installed my ARB cover. The rear diff does have a reusable gasket for those wondering.

How many miles did you do the differential fluid change?

That's a nice feature! My F150 diff has...no gasket whatsoever.

Did you find any metal in the oil from break in? I'm thinking about changing all the oils for Amsoil around 10k.

Here are some photos from the front and rear. I did find some on the magnet. Glad I got the ARB cover to make the future changes a 5 minute job.

Thank you for adding something else to my list! Lol.
I only see an ARB cover for the rear, did you change the front cover too?

No, the FDU isn’t the same as the rear because it’s IFS. FDU is tucked behind a skid plate so theres no need for the ARB up front.

I was curious about the drain plug. A quick search showed me the FDU already has drain and fill. Thanks again!

How much gear oil did you put in? Does the product literature tell you how much to use or did you assume the volume was the same?

Hey, In the ARB instructions they have u mark the dipstick based on the OEM cover. You then have to fill up the rear diff until the oil hits the level you marked on the dipstick.

I bought 3 bottles for the front and rear to ensure I had enough

I included a screen shot of what helped me figure out what oil to use.

Thanks for the reply. I watched a video on YT where the guy did as you described for a Gladiator. I curious if you did the same..thanks. My 2022 owners manual that I downloded on B6G somewhere shows front as 80W-90 and the rear 75W-85. Have not looked on the in car electronic version though.
