Bronco Decal Designing

Hello all

I have a few ideas of a free wheeling inspired, special colour body stripes that flows along the bottom of the front fender, along the door, and follow the rear wheel arch up and ends at the tail light.

Has anyone designed their own body decals before? What are some resources/website I should look into that will help me get some mockups done (how it looks on the car) and get the dimensions right before I send it off to be made?

Last resort involves measuring tape, a pen, a lot of tape, and the my Bronco’s body panels. But would prefer to do it digitally if possible.

Not sure but he will give you a quote. I had this created but I can't tell you what it cost because I had several things done and had it installed. It is my understanding they can often help you find someone in your area if you don't want to do it yourself. I was very happy with their work.

To chime in on the topic for everyone else, if you have an idea for a design, Chat GPT is a great way to render your ideas, but please know that they are only a visual reference for the company that will actually produce them. (I have a love/hate relationship with Chat GPT)

Being as we have been involved in the Bronco graphics since the Gen6 introduction, we have built alot of templates that will make the production much easier. We also have a physical shop Bronco to help with testing fitment.

Wether you choose us, or another vinyl graphics company (local is always good, as many will want your vehicle fo rmeasurements and test fitment). We are happy to discuss the project and go over what you should look for and be aware of moving forward. Quality of materials: is it calandered or cast vinyl? Wet or dry install? Is it layered vinyl or digital printed vinyl, (if so, is it laminated)? How long will it last? How do I care for it? etc... Give us a call, we'll be happy to talk ytou through it.
