When you say window sticker is gone does that mean the link or when you select the link nothing comes up? You can try manually bringing it up by adding your VIN to the end of the following address.
I checked with Ford Marketing, and they said my vehicle has shipped.
FYI My window sticker became unavailable after my Bronco switched to “built” status. Mine was just confirmed to have shipped, and window sticker is still unavailable.

Congrats on the shipping. I had a “Chat”online and they were useless aside from telling me to check the tracker and everything looks ok on their end and it’s anticipated arrival was 9/25 (which didn’t happen and they have no tracking details either)
I had that happen before and it appeared the link was not correct but it would come up if you used the web address and added your VIN.
Thanks. When I manually created the link it worked for me. it appears to just be a problem with the link on the order status page.
Does it indicate that the railcar is empty? If so it would mean that it's at the final rail yard waiting to be picked up by truck and taken to the dealer. You could try Ford chat to see if they can confirm.
Yeah, that could make sense. I asked Ford chat if there was a way to track it once it’s been loaded onto a car carrier and they said I should still be able to use CSX…
What I found is that once it was unloaded I was not able to track it because it will just continue to track the railcar which is now empty. My dealer gave me an estimate on how long it normally takes for them to receive once at the rail yard.

When you look at their link it has CSX as part of the link address. I wonder if it will work if it ever gets on a rail car.
